After many requests from our customers we decided it was time to start the production of this unique tool for oil skimmers and automatic oil/fluid relocation in general.
The Spillomatic functions as an automatic spill container, which collectes waste oils/fluids and automatically relocates the fluids to an external storage (eg. a barrel or tank). This tool can be used a long with oil skimmers or for many other industrial applications where spill oils or fluids are collected.

The container is connected to the machinery where you wish to relocate spill oils/fluids. Once the container is full, a switch will turn on thel pump, and the fluids will automatically be relocated to an external storage up to 20 meters away fromt the machinery (relocation distance depends on fluid viscosity). The Spillomatic has a capasity of 250 l/h, which makes it suitable for almost any machinery where spill oils/fluids must be removed.

With the Spillomatic you will avoid spill buckets, which has to be emptied by an operator. Therefore you will save operation time, and are free of any physical contact with the spill oils/fluids. Especially spill oils are known to contain many bacterias which can cause infections and rashes on the operators. When using the Spillomatic along with an oil skimmer, it will partly seperate the water from the coolants when working with emulgatated fluids.

The container i made in stainless steel, and is therefore capable of working in tough conditions (fluids with a pH 5 - 9). It also has a safety installation which prevents the oil from going over the edge in case of loss of electricity etc.
